The JUSRI company was founded in 2019, as a craft shop, a small family business, for the processing of plastic parts, that due to business expansion and the need to export our products in 2021. was re-registered as a limited liability company. The main activity of the company is the production of plastic components using technology plastic injection molding and making tools for the same. Our business concept "FROM IDEA TO SERIES PRODUCTION" has been recognized by companies from Norway with whom we worked on the development of products that are unique and like such patented at the world level.

Production capacities

We have eight plastic injection machines, Arburg and Demag, with forceps closures from 25 tons to 150 tons, as well as all the accompanying equipment for injection molding such as dryers, mills, tempering devices, paint mixers, conveyor belts and one robot.

We offer plastic injection services, making plastic injection tools, development of new products, assembly and packaging.

The concept "FROM IDEA TO SERIES PRODUCTION"

The concept "FROM IDEA TO SERIES PRODUCTION" was created by at the request of the partner from Norway. Namely, they then had an idea for the product that would be offered on the market as a solution to a "problem". The whole process from development 3D models up to the first quantity ready for sale in stores in Norway we saw off to our mutual satisfaction. What does this concept mean? When you have an idea for a plastic component or for an assembly that it contains plastic elements, we can prepare your idea for production. In practice, this means that we work together on a 3D model, or if you already have a 3D model we modify the same model to make it suitable for production. Then we develop 3D tool constructions (moulds) for production and make the tool. After that, we test different types of plastic materials depending on requirements that the product itself needs to meet and we check the functionality. If it is an assembly that contains non-plastic parts we include our partner companies as suppliers. We establish production processes, assembly and packaging, as well as quality systems. In all these steps, the customer as a creator ideas is included and has our full support.

REFERENCES

The largest part of the JUSRI company's production is plastic injection molding for the automotive and toy industries. We also produce plastic components for the construction industry. At the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, we can boast that we were the first in BiH to start in the serial production of visas for medical personnel, which was also supported by UNDP who was one of our customers. Our company provides a plastic injection service for the first BH toothbrush, CAWEX, of which we are particularly proud.
